Telephone Support		It can be helpful to talk to a friendly and understanding person, and we are able to offer this.
If you would like to talk with someone about how you are feeling then we can help. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to be able to offer 24 hour phone help. However if you would like to contact us, we are able to arrange for one of our volunteers to ring you back as soon as possible Telephone: 01326 565132 This phone number is for the Community Centre. During office hours, Gemma can speak to you, and take your details to pass on to one of our volunteers who will ring you back to talk in more depth at your convenience. Text/Message: 07796 787580 This is our own phone number - it will not always be answered immediately, but you can leave a message, or send us a text, and we will call you back. The phone will be checked daily for messages. It will also be on over the time of our Drop-In Session in case you wish to speak, or are unable to find the session. Emergency Number: The Samaritans - 08457 90 90 90 If you need to speak to someone urgently, you can call the Samaritans, 24 hours a day for a listening ear.
