The Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske has important aspects of care it offers to support bereaved parents.

We are proud to have links with the teams at Treliske, who care for families who are experiencing the loss of a baby. We have been able to help the Hospital to improve the bereavement service it offers to parents who have lost their babies, and have helped with training medical students in dealing with Baby Death.

We have a number of volunteers for The Splash Project who work within the NHS: Their experience includes General Practice, Intensive Care, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Chaplaincy. They are able to bring their experience at work, as well as their personal experience of baby loss to help people who have need help from us.
