It can be helpful to talk to a friendly and understanding person, and we are able to offer this.

If you would like to talk with someone about how you are feeling then we can help. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to be able to offer 24 hour phone help. However if you would like to contact us, we are able to arrange for one of our volunteers to ring you back as soon as possible

It will also be on over the time of our Drop-In Session in case you wish to speak, or are unable to find the session.
